Profile

Michael supports faculty, staff and students with a wide range of technology issues. He assists students with personal laptop configuration, including Sophos antivirus installation, Novell printing, wireless connectivity, exam software and anti-spyware. He is also responsible for classroom technology support, including audio/video assistance.
