Requests for unofficial transcripts/academic records must be received in writing and include the following: current address, social security number, date of birth, dates of attendance, KU ID number (if known), and the address you wish the transcript to be mailed. For further information, email the Law School registar at vpalmer@ku.edu. Transcript requests received by mail will be sent within 24 hours. Academic records maintained by the School of Law are not official University of Kansas transcripts. If applying for a job with the State, Federal government or another university, an official transcript may be required.

Requests for certifications of enrollment or certifications of graduation must be received in writing. Please include the following: any applicable forms, the address to which the form is to be sent, your current address, and your signature authorizing us to release the information.
If you are taking the Kansas or Missouri bar exam, you need to request an official transcript from the University Registrar. If you have not graduated, you must wait until one month before graduation to request the transcript be held for degree posting.
