Cost & Aid

KU Law is routinely ranked as a "best value" law school, offering an outstanding legal education at an affordable price. Our graduates leave Green Hall with a lower student debt burden than graduates of many other law schools, which gives them more options when choosing a career.

Information about current tuition and fees is available in the Admissions section.

These fees entitle students to course instruction, dispensary care for ordinary illnesses and special medical care at nominal rates, the use of the Kansas and Burge Unions, a copy of the University Daily Kansan and other newspapers, use of the Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center, and admission at reduced prices to most campus events, such as concerts, plays, films, lectures and athletic events.
