Federalist Society Presentation on Offshore Financial Centers

Andrew Morriss will give a speech on, Regulatory Competition and Offshore Financial Centers: How the Cayman Islands Make America More Free. Mr. Morriss holds an A.B from Princeton University, a J.D. and M.Pub.Aff from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Ph.D. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Morriss is a professor at the University of Alabama School of Law, a Research Fellow at the New York University Center for Labor and Employment Law, and the chair of the editorial board of the Cayman Financial Review. Lunch will be provided.
