Elder Law Research Project
Christopher Steadham, Instructor
The Elder Law Research Project, Law 902, is a research course
designed to enhance the elder law program at the University of Kansas School of
law. Students complete annotated bibliographies about elder law issues that are
designed to identify and evaluate key legal and interdisciplinary documents.
These bibliographies can serve as pathfinders, or starting points, for attorneys
researching particular issues. It is important to note, however, that they are
not updated nor should the be considered a comprehensive bibliography or a
substitute for legal advice. Each student retains copyright for their
