Thus, this web site does not, and cannot, have all materials potentially relevant to every issue a legal scholar, practitioner, or student may face. Rather, the web site focuses on the 6 aforementioned categories and specific areas in each category.

To assist scholars, practitioners, and students, the web site contains links to other internet sources, at which further information may be found. Additionally, the web site seeks to be of service by posting materials that may be hard to find (e.g., because they are in hard copy in only a few libraries), or that may be difficult to obtain in a format that is easy to use (e.g., because they are split into multiple electronic files).

All of the materials on this web site are available for free. They may be downloaded, used, and distributed for free. We ask only that credit be given to this web site as a place on which the materials are posted.
