Early Recognized Treaties with American Indian Nations (Univ. of Nebraska-Lincoln) provides access to the nine federally recognized Indian
treaties that are absent from volume 2 of Charles J. Kappler’s Indian
Affairs: Laws and Treaties.

- Indian Claims Commission Decisions includes volumes 1-43 and the Index.

- Office of Tribal Justice is part of the US Department of Justice.
- Treaties Between the United States and Native Americans from the Avalon Project of Yale Law School. This collection is dedicated to providing the full text (in the HTML format) of approximately 30 treaties signed between various Native American groups and the United States government between 1778 and 1868.
