- The Pentagon Papers: Secrets, Lies, and Audiotapes is an electronic collection of material related to the Pentagon Papers.
- Survey of the Federal Death Penalty System explains the Department of Justice's internal decision-making process for deciding whether to seek the death penalty in individual cases, and presents statistical information focusing on the racial/ethnic and geographic distribution of defendants and their victims at particular stages of that decision-making process.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission
- Weekly Information Report is compiled by the NRC Office of the Executive Director for Operations and includes highlights of Headquarters and Regional Office activities. As of October 15, 2001 the NRC has shut down the site.
Postal Service
- Postal Bulletin is published biweekly in electronic and paper format; the official source of time-critical revisions to postal policy and procedure information.

State Department
- Background Notes published by the State Department provide information on geographic entities and international organizations.
- Foreign Relations of the United States is now available online from the State Department online version available from 1945 (Truman Administration).

Office of Technology Assessment

- DOT Online Publications site is a searchable database of documents from the DOT Publications Library.
- Government Transportation Financial Statistics 2001 report highlights statistics for the fiscal year 2001.

- Iraq Study Group Report released December 2006.
- The Plum Book, or US Government Policy and Supporting Positions, is published every four years, just after the Presidential election.
- Public Papers of the Presidents of the United States is a searchable database. Public Papers volumes are published approximately twice a year. Volumes covering years prior and subsequent to the ones that are currently available will be added on an incremental basis.
- NTIS Database Search Guide is a PDF version of the search guide for the NTIS bibliographics database.
- 2002 Statistical Abstract of the United States and historical in full text since 1995.
