Research Request Form

1.    We take research requests from federally recognized tribes throughout the Nation with a priority to tribes in our region.
2.    We do research on cases, assist with drafting court rules and legislation dealing with tribal courts or dispute resolution.
3.    We do not take clients for direct representation.
4.    Our service is free, but tribes with financial resources have previously assisted the clinic by making a donation to the Center at the close of the work.
