The KU law school is an outstanding place to begin your legal career. Law school faculty members with outstanding credentials care about teaching and are accessible to students. We have a rich array of courses, including ten clinical programs. We offer eight joint degree programs. The first-year curriculum includes a Lawyering class designed to teach legal research and writing in a context that emphasizes professionalism and practical skills. All first-year students have one of their classes in a small section of around 20 students providing an informal learning atmosphere.

We are proud of the program we offer and proud of the fact that our tuition makes attending the KU law school a good value.  Read what some students and law school alumni have to say about our law school. Explore our web site. You'll find course and joint degree information, schedules, and curriculum guides in the Academics/Registrar section. For information about student organizations and traditions, go to the Student Life section.

Probably the best way to learn about the law school is to come for a visit. Contact our office for more information, to obtain a copy of our catalog or arrange a visit. I am sure you will be pleased with what you learn about the KU law school.
